Infinity Aquatic Centre is proud to share that our Head Coach participated in the Pupkewitz NASFED Open Water Swimming Event, held in Swakopmund over the weekend on 19 April, 2025 serving as a turn judge for the competition.

The event brought together some of Namibia’s most passionate open water swimmers and was a celebration of endurance, skill, and community. One of the highlights of the day was the participation of the Namibian Navy team, who joined the action by taking part in the Open Water Relay Event, adding a unique and exciting dynamic to the competition.

For Infinity, it was not only an opportunity to contribute to the event’s officiating but also to gain valuable insights into the world of open water swimming. This marked our centre’s first official involvement in an open water event, and it was an incredibly enriching experience.

We are thrilled to announce that Infinity Aquatic Centre swimmers will soon be making their debut in open water swimming competitions, as we expand our competitive footprint beyond the pool and into the open seas.
