Infinity Aquatic Centre has always aspired to align itself with international standards to offer world-class swimming lessons.

After an extensive process of learning and research, we discovered the SwimAmerica program, recognized as the premier learn-to-swim system globally. SwimAmerica is a professionally managed, coach-supervised program, where highly trained staff teach students of all ages proper swimming techniques.

SwimAmerica offers carefully structured progressions, developed by leading experts in swim education, aimed at delivering effective and rapid learning. These progressions are regularly updated to ensure the program remains at the forefront of swimming education.

The quality of SwimAmerica is maintained through rigorous preparation of each Program Director and Site Supervisor, along with comprehensive training for every coach. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and support at the national level, ensuring that every student receives instruction with care, compassion, respect, and understanding.

Why Swim America?

Simplicity – The core elements of swimming are structured into ten units, referred to as “stations.” Each station builds upon the skills learned in previous ones, ultimately producing a student who can swim six distinct strokes for at least 300 yards without stopping. This comprehensive progression can be taught in a single location.
Flexibility – The SwimAmerica program is continually refined based on feedback from existing local programs. Using a “loose-leaf” system, updates and improvements are communicated directly to Program Directors and Coaches, ensuring timely access to new information without waiting for new textbooks.
Comprehensive and Inclusive – SwimAmerica is designed to accommodate everyone, regardless of their goals. The program offers tailored approaches for both individual and group settings. The primary objective is to equip anyone who wishes to learn with the necessary skills to engage in and enjoy a wide range of aquatic activities after mastering the basics.
Goal-Oriented – The program includes clear advancement criteria that allow students to assess their progress. Each station is designed to motivate the student to surpass their own expectations, fostering continual growth and achievement.
Technique-Focused – "Good swimming is good swimming." SwimAmerica does not differentiate between competitive and recreational techniques. The program teaches proper swimming techniques—such as breathing, body positioning, limb movement, and timing—based on decades of expertise and observation, incorporating what is most effective and enjoyable into our teaching progressions.

Swimming is widely recognized as one of the most comprehensive forms of exercise, benefiting the cardiovascular, skeletal, and neuromuscular systems.
Opportunity and Fun – Competitive sports like swim racing, long-distance swimming, triathlons, water polo, and synchronized swimming offer excitement for both children and adults. Additionally, noncompetitive water activities such as SCUBA diving, boating, water skiing, surfing, sailing, canoeing, and fishing are far more enjoyable when participants are confident in their ability to stay safe in case of an emergency
