We are proud to announce that Infinity Aquatic Centre has partnered with Phillip Semechin from Berlin, Germany, to launch a groundbreaking training program for people with disabilities in Namibia. This initiative will focus on individuals with visual impairments, physical impairments, and intellectual disabilities, aiming to empower, educate, and uplift through the transformative power of sport.
This partnership stands as a strong statement of our commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunities in sport. At Infinity Aquatic Centre, we believe that sport has the power to bring people and nations together, and through this collaboration, we hope to create spaces that foster confidence, unity, and community for all.
We are especially excited to share that our Head Coach will be working hand-in-hand with Phillip Semechin, as well as Elena Semechin, an elite German para swimmer and Paralympic champion, to roll out this program across the Namibian community.
This marks a significant step forward in promoting awareness, skills development, and inclusive practices in aquatics. We look forward to the positive impact this partnership will have on individuals, families, and the wider sporting community in Namibia.
Together, we are not only training athletes we are building a legacy of inclusion, empowerment, and hope.
We offer certified professional coaches who actively teach and coach. We use our own skill progressions for water safety skills and stroke development.
