Keila has been selected by the Namibia National Paralympic Committee

Keila has been selected by the Namibia National Paralympic Committee to represent Namibia at the World Series in Barcelona, Spain, from March 17-23. This is a monumental achievement in Keila’s career, and a significant step toward her ultimate goal of competing in the Los Angeles 2028 Paralympics.

Keila is an intelligent, determined young lady who excels both in her academic pursuits and in swimming. Her resilience and dedication shine through in everything she does, whether in the classroom or in the pool. This selection to the World Series in Barcelona is a reflection of her unwavering commitment to her sport and to her future.

In Barcelona, Keila will undergo classification, a crucial step in her Paralympic journey. It is here that she will begin to carve her path toward the 2028 Paralympics in Los Angeles. As with any dream, Keila’s journey requires support and she is now seeking sponsorship to help her reach this milestone.

As they say, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step,” but for Keila, it begins with the first kick in the pool.
