The Infinity Seals proudly represented Infinity Aquatic Centre at the 2025 Bank Windhoek Namibia Short Course National Championships, held at the MTC Dome in Swakopmund from 24 to 28 September 2025.

This year’s national championships brought together 226 athletes from seven Namibian swimming clubs, along with three guest teams from South Africa, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Over the five-day competition, swimmers competed in an impressive 2,245 event entries, showcasing the highest level of swimming talent in the region.

Infinity Aquatic Centre was represented by three dedicated swimmers:

• Given Makari
• Jorokee Makari
• Zariel Figura

Each swimmer demonstrated determination, sportsmanship, and the true spirit of the Infinity Seals while competing against some of the country’s finest athletes. Their participation reflected the hard work, commitment, and resilience they have shown throughout the season.

Unfortunately, our fourth national team member, Keila de Oliveira, was unable to participate in the championships as she was representing Namibia at the 2025 Toyota World Para Swimming Championships in Singapore, which took place from 21 to 27 September 2025. Competing on the world stage is a remarkable achievement and highlights Keila’s dedication and the growing success of para swimming in Namibia. We are immensely proud of her for representing both Infinity Aquatic Centre and Namibia at one of the world’s premier para-swimming events.
